Ordered a radiator and recieved email re delivery following day. Waited in for 4hrs and no delivery. Rang them and told it wasnt in stock and to wait for a call the following week. Partner complained and we were sent a more expensive replacement. That was fine however it turned up damaged. Was told another one would be sent out and the damaged one collected. Next one also delivered damaged and even though i stayed in all day no one collected the first one. No phone call explainingwhy. The next radiator was ok and another date set for collection of the damaged ones. Again i waited in and no one came. I now have two damaged radiators in my hallway.Aplologetic email didnt really cut it when i had to cancel my plumber several times as well as cancel my carpet being fitted. In my opinion company is good ss long as you dont have a problem.

Ordered fridge/freezer on the 03/07 was told delivery 05/07 arranged day off work and kitchen fitters, mid morning 05/07 no delivery rang Screwfix and was told not loaded onto lorry would now be delivered following day. No communication from them attitude was not my fault warehouse did not load it, price was cheaper but cost of two days kitchen fitters and two days off work far outweighs savings. Would not recommend or buy from them again.

ordering was easy. delivery was brilliant and they have excelent comunication for delivery. and the man that delivered it were very helpful and cheery. the tumble dryer is very quiet and the drying time is fast. excelent im very happy with the whole deal
