Lower crotch in the flex trousers
I use Scruffs multi pocket work trousers all the time they are great but I recently bought the trade flex trousers and the have extended the distance between the belt and crotch so reducing leg movement, gutted

Customer service is fantastic
Customer service is fantastic. I was a headache from the start when i failed to fill in half of the delivery details with my online order, and then asked for a return when the trousers i had ordered didn't fit correctly. Stacy in customer service was fantastic, ever so helpful and would definitely recommend, just a shame the product didn't fit as they seemed excellent quality.

With lockdown I was expecting a long wait but, delivery was within a few days. Having worn the product for a couple of weeks now, I have no problems with it. I will certainly be ordering more, the sizing is as stated, quality is very good.

I paid for some trousers and the money was taken from my card on 19/2/21
This is the 5/3/21 and I have received nothing, either goods or e-mail to tell me what is happening.
Lets hope this makes something happen.

The Scruffs trousers are good
The Scruffs trousers are good. I bought them for my son who lives in UK. The size ordered didn't fit him so he rang up Scruffs to arrange a return. Scruffs said that the trousers would be collected from him by an agent. The matter is still being dealt with so I can't comment on it any further as the process is still ongoing.

Scruffs failed to deliver my work…
Scruffs failed to deliver my work trousers and didnt even email me until i got back on to then and then told they was out of stock for 2 months

Bad experience
Ordered scruffs work pants on 12th feb. Expected delivery in 5-7 days. Now it’s March 1st and still no delivery. Contacted customer support via email who said they would look into this but been nearly a week since I made contact and still nothing

What is the free delivery threshold?
Good products delivered on time and in good condition. However I spent over £50.00 on my last purchase with you and still did not have free delivery as the limit seem to rise to £100? most other websites offer free delivery over £50.00 and while this is not a big problem I do feel that even though I am a returning customer I am not getting a loyalty reward.
