The new circuit board arrived perfectly, so for this I'm happy. I wasn't happy though that the original one part went wrong only 3 months after installing the electric gates.
I found the chat bot really helpful. Whilst it didn't understand my initial question it transferred me to a really helpful assistant who answered fully

Well update been told today I will be having my new sofas on Tuesday I hope so as I've been into the Wrexham store today and they werereally helpful after I was able to take the 5 year cover off my bill and also the leather care kit off my bill witch has saved me a total of £230 off my bill let's see if they keep to their word and delivery will be here on Tuesday then I can give another happy update thankyou to the area manager taking the time to reply .
