We spoke to two members of staff, Sonny and Allison. Both were lovely and extremely knowledgable about your products. Visiting your store was such an enjoyable experience. We had been looking at sofas elsewhere and decided to purchase one from yourselves due to the high quality of the sofas but also your amazing staff made our decision so much easier.

Best sofa store in the area and 1 of 4 we went too. We felt a real connection with Stephen from the get go and he kindly talked us through each sofa we wanted to view. Our heart belonged in this store and we ordered our new suite. We got the Montfiorino that was just in store the day before, the torriana reclining chair and borghetto footstool and in the same grey Shade. Stephen took his time and ensured we tested all the bonus features and that we used the lamp section for better viewing the colours with different lights. All staff so friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend. Top quality sofas. Best customer service to date! We were only browsing to see the market but left with smiles all round.

Alison in the store was very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive.

Alison ar the Paisley store was lovely. The perfect balance of salesperson: there when we needed her but not on top of us either. She explained the difference leather options and functions of the sofa we chose making it’ll all nice and easy. Store was clean and well presented.

I have a lovely 2 seater recliner and a chair from this company.
I was treated with respect and was not forced into buying anything. The saleswoman was great. She took me everything I needed to know. I was very happy with this service as I had purchased a corner unit from one of their competitors across the road from them in February. (I had nothing but bother from the sales manager to the quality of the suite.)
