I purchased the furniture for export to Africa and your company refused to credit the VAT to my account. Secondly, I gave the details of shipper to your company to deliver my goods, but your company failed despite the fact that your company is my favourite furniture seller in UK.

Felt very welcomed was not harassed by the shop assistants was left to browse and when we found the sofa we liked the sales assistant was very professional and dealt with our sale with expertise. The only complaint is that you do not offer to take old furniture away, whereas DFS does offer this service.

Very friendly, not hassled was told about all the offers especially Christmas delivery, the assistant was knowledgeable about all makes and types of sofas how they worked and what to look out for, always was nice to tells us about the new guarantee, as covers the inside cushions if they need replacing, excellent service

Helpful salesman, although must have been quite an easy sale as we knew what we wanted and how much we wanted to spend. But still happy.

Very nicely laid out showroom, plenty of space to move around, very good display of furniture and a lift to get to the upper floor operated by a member of staff (I have mobility problems so that was important to me), On entering showroom greeted by member of staff who offered help should we need it. There was absolutely no pressure at any time to make a sale. We were there for over an hour sitting on various bits of furniture before I decided on what I wanted. A very nice man then came over and showed us all the different types of materials and colours I could have the furniture in. When I had finally decided he then went to great pains to explain terms and conditions of sale. Again, he made no pressure on us to purchase. It was an extremely pleasant hour and half and I have recommended the store to my friends.
