I was very pleased from customer service in the shop to the delivery. Everyone was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The delivery guys were efficient and quick. Couldn't have asked for better.
I was excited to receive my sofa, and I wasn't disappointed. It's so comfortable and exactly what I'd imagined. I am one very happy customer. 😊

They put sofas together plugged it all in
Couldnt fault their attitude they were 1st class, the sofas are really great we are so happy with the product cant fault it would highly recomend

Quality service throughout.
Purchase was straightforward. Delivery date was sent but was unsuitable. I contacted delivery team and was offered several alternative dates.
Day before delivery I was contacted with delivery window and a more specific time on delivery day. Delivery staff rang when on way and were friendly and courteous. Placed sofa exactly where requested. Quality service throughout.
