We had a friendly welcome, didn't feel pressured into buying a sofa. Giovanni was so helpful helping us choose the right colour and sofa, he even took the swatch we were interested in, to a different part of the shop (lab) so that we could see what it would look like in daylight, he gave us advice on how our sofa would be delivered in order to get through doorway, and advised us to make sure we were happy and had tried and tested the recliners and USB ports before the deliveryman leaves. We didn't feel under pressure when we were making our mind up. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Very good communication to advise delivery slot. Tracking of the vehicle on line so you knew where they were. Excellent service from the two friendly guys, carefully unpacked the chairs from their boxes and carried the parts to the living room.
Assembled the chairs, connected to power and checked all working before packing away taking all the packaging with them.

It's not what I said I wanted and now paper work till I paid my last 1,100 and that's not right so I am not happy with the staff

I visited the store at Castle Vale, once to view and order my suite 04 May, friendly and helpful staff, a good experience.
I returned to pay the balance on my 2 seater settee and recliner chair prior to delivery 28 July. This time I was greeted by Giovanni, a very charming Italian gentleman. The payment process was simple, I really can't compliment the staff enough, particularly Giovanni.
The delivery arrived on time, the lads were pleasant, unpacked my suite a d took away the packaging. A good experience all round, Poltrosofa is an easy and efficient compay to deal with.
I'm happy with my suite decent quality and makes my lounge look supurb. I'd use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

We received call 7.06am to say they would be here in 10 minutes and they were unpacked furniture outside bought pieces in by one built by the other very polite very quick explaind plugs to us to recline seats tried them all to make sure they all worked. Left by 7.45am. Can't fault them at all.

The sofas are beautiful and extremely comfortable, the 2 delivery guys were friendly and great at getting both sofas into the house and set up where we wanted them, they were done and gone in just over 20 minutes.
We have used SCS on previous occasions and now it has changed to Poltronesofa we will continue to do so, I highly recommend going their showrooms and having a look at wonderful furniture they have to offer.

Sales was good but we was told to make sure we check all works before the delivery completed but the they pretty much left before could check but in end was all ok.

From the day we entered the showroom at Castle Vale to the day the sofas were delivered we received outstanding customer service & care. The staff at the showroom listened & advised us of all options available which enabled us to choose the sofas we required. We were notified of the delivery date the week before & then on the day before delivery we were advised of an approx delivery time. The driver kept us update on the day & called to advise when they were on the way to us. 2 very pleasant, polite and friendly men who respected our property. They assembled the sofas very quick & professional. Very happy & pleased with the sofas & the overall performance of all staff involved
