We visited the kings ditch retail park in Cheltenham looking for the Belford corner sofa we’d previously seen in the Gloucester branch of scs. We were approached by Andy, very nice man who allowed us to browse with no pressure to purchase anything. We found the sofa we were looking for and immediately Andy came over to apologise as there were a few customers in and only 2 staff. He left us to test the sofa, measure it and to discuss fabric. We decided on the colour shown in store, he gave great advice on what would look nice with our colour scheme and we decided to follow on with the purchase. Very polite, courteous, we were offered drinks but declined. We would recommend this store and Andy, brilliant member of staff. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing from start to finish, arrived earlier than the estimated date which was perfect.
My sofa and chair are so comfortable and I`m delighted with the quality of the workmanship and material such a beautiful shade of green. The delivery guys arrived on schedule, they were very polite and careful around my other furnishings. They soon had the furniture assembled. Checked over and the delivery was completed. Thankyou very much well worth the money.
My partner also ordered a 3 & 2 seater sofa at the same time in grey ,different material arriving a week after mine, perfect service also at his property.

Helpful staff who knew the product really well. Sensible pricing and good after sales package was very helpful. Patient staff , helpful but not pushy so we didn't feel pressured yet they were there to help us. An excellent experience in the store and a lovely goody bag to take away.

The delivery service was fantastic; the delivery men were professional, efficient, friendly and completed the installation quickly. I am very happy with my new sofas; they are expertly crafted and very comfortable, and I would recommend Poltronesofa.

Store assistant Beth was very helpful and friendly during our visit gave us plenty of choices on our purchase.

The customer service provided by Oliver was excellent. He created a relaxed and pressure-free environment, taking the time to really listen to our requirements. He then presented several suitable options, clearly explaining how each one would meet our needs. We never felt rushed, and he was patient and thorough in answering all of our questions.

Phil was very patient with us as we took a while to chose , very informative about all our options of style and colour.

I have absolutely no complaints regarding my purchase from ScS Cheltenham and my interaction with the staff, especially Bethany who was really helpful BUT the delivery side on the day was appalling! The two men (neither spoke much English)who came completely rushed putting my furniture together. Neither wiped their shoes on entering my property. It was obvious that they just wanted to get in and out as fast as possible. One of them pushed a desk across slightly to accommodate the length of my new sofa but has scratched my wooden flooring in doing so. ScS need to think again about who they have contracted to deliver their products as these guys are ruining their reputation!

Staff very helpful but my only issue is that the cost of the extras (damage insurance and cleaning products) were not mentioned although comprehensively described and 1 item was not put on the invoice
