Sofa good, after sales and honesty about real delivery date not do good. Once sale made that's the last contact untill you get a text from delivery contractors. Went to store after 6 weeks for update on delivery as sales rep had said sometimes can be ready in 4 weeks. Staff ignored me a played on phones, manager was arsey and said it will be 12 weeks. I would have gone else where if I was told up front it was 12 weeks.

Helpful and friendly young man served me and my daughter .I saw the leather suite I was looking for and he helped clinch the deal

When received on the 17 of July it was totally different colour to what I had chosen and the one on display is what i chose.

Excellent and knowledgeable sales lady even when it took me ages to make up my mind so patient and polite . Can't fault delivery service polite and rang me a few times to inform me of delivery time.

The delivery driver and partner were fine, there was no issues with them but one of the chairs has a dent in the seat and an elbow dent on one of the arms, There is a major difference between the 2 chairs that were delivered 1 is fine but the other looks like it may have already been used, we will need someone to come and view this at our home, or we will come into store to discuss this

Letting you no what time arrival was exactly on time very nice young men brought furniture and put it together very pleased

Amazing service. From buying the sofa and the staff being super helpful and welcoming. And the delivery men being really friendly and helpful.

Everything was explained about the sofas and choices we had as soon as we arrived. The sales assistant (who's name unfortunately I can't remember), was so helpful. We were left to browse, and when we found the ideal sofa the process of making the order etc, was simple. Very good customer service.

We was greeted on entering the store and then left to browse for a while, then the salesman helped us sort out choosing our new sofa and was very knowledgeable, the only downside was they ordered the wrong colour suite which got rectified quickly

Being delivered in separate boxes put together with the utmost care putting the sofa exactly where I wanted it taking away all the rubbish very polite gentlemen with a professional manner all in all a lovely experience

Excellent service from the communication to the delivery. Delivery guys were brilliant, polite and very efficient. Will definitely be purchasing again from Poltronsofa Chesterfield again.
