The two guys who delivered our sofa were great, polite, friendly, efficient and helpful. I was contacted prior to delivery to let me know they would arrive within the hour which they did. I loved that I was able to track the delivery via the link it allowed me to manage my day and ensure I didn’t have to wait in most of the day for the delivery. Excellent service would definitely recommend. Thanks guys 👍🏻

Made very welcome in store, left to browse and then Alyson looked at many price and suite options for us to make our choice. Very helpful, price promise honoured when suite discounted in a later sale. When ready, the delivery date was coordinated to suit us. Delivered by Cam & Josh who were polite, respectful with a quick install in the locations requested and clearance of all packaging. A good experience from start to finish.

The guys that came were fantastic i,know one was called Marvin, I cannot remember the other ones name. They were very helpful and had no problems with getting the chair and sofa in cannot fault them. Thankyou

I recieved my order on the 10th of January,after 2 weeks it looked like it was a couple of years old ,after contacting scs they said it was due to neglect ( which i felt very insulted by )and not a manufacturing error.they wouldn't even send someone out to have a look at it.appalling aftercare service, it has caused me so much stress as they just don't care.

Had a reply saying that its not a manufacturing fault how do they know this as they never sent anyone out to check it.
I am seeking further advice on this as it is not fit for purpose.

I waited for the delivery that never came. I only found it at 7pm the delivery was cancelled. I was told it would be at my house between 3:30 and 3:55. So that delivery was cancelled and arranged for the following Monday for the same time. So I had to book time off for the delivery for that day and time. Then the driver came at 11:00am. I emailed them to make a complaint but have not heard anything. Now they want me to give a 5star review. The suit did come later that Monday at the time they originally said.

Fabulous sofa! Had great step by step communication for my delivery. The two men who delivered my sofa were careful friendly and efficient. Assembled my sofa and took all the rubbish.

We are extremely unhappy with the service we have received. The Sofa was delivered on 11th December, 3 weeks later than the actual delivery date. However we never received head rest. There has been no proactive communication from Coventry Shop where we made the purchase back in Aug 25. We have now called numerous times, only to be informed that the deliver will now be in March. This is unacceptable and we would like the headrest order to be cancelled. There is absolutely no cancellation and refunds process even when the mistakes are completely on your part. Our headresr order was definitely missed by your staff and no responsibility has been taken by the shop or ScS. Overall the sofa delivery itself has been extremely stressful, with us having to call numerous times. Wrong messages from your sms service have been sent out, causing confusion and frustration. At this stage we would like compensation for the overall service, possible cancellation of the headrest order and full refund of the costs. I will not be recommending your shop/ScS only due to the worst customer service experience we have experienced.

The service at the store was great but when the sofa was delivered, the delivery men refused to take off their shoes and i just had a new carpet put in. Can SCS provide shoe covers to the delivery men? No one wants a dirty carpet and mine was new.

Got the sofa delivered, the delivery guys were very good and did their job in very professional manner. But we received wrong corner end sofa.

Big shout out to Russell, Salesperson from Coventry who admitted he made a mistake as he thought the corner end were changeable. Don't know how long will it take for them to get us right one as we are stuck with this wrong end sofa. Will come back again to re-review the experience from ScS once we get our right sofa.

So, received the right sofa after 3 months time. Once again, delivery guys were very professional, removed the old one and assembled the new (right shaped sofa). Overall satisfied with the purchase.

Our overall experience with SCS has been exceptional, from the initial decision-making process to the purchase of our sofa with Russ and Lee at the Gallagher retail park store. They made us feel welcome and were brilliant with our children at the same time.

The delivery service once again provided exceptional assistance. I am truly grateful to Blair and Precious for their outstanding work in delivering the sofa and assembling it.

The Delivery was excellent I had an email the day before the delivery and another one on the morning telling us are delivery time slot an hour before the delivery the driver called to tell us the time he would be here when they arrived they were friendly and polite put the furniture where we wonted it and showed us how it worked very pleased

From the deal at their display center at coventry the lady was very nice and polite helped us fullfiling the order till delivery guys were nice too over all good experiance

Plenty of choices, had different materials and colours to choose from for the same style of furniture. Service in the shop was polite and helpful. The furniture was delivered a week later by 2 nice polite men, who assembled the furniture, putting them in the area where we asked.

Delivery men had no shoe covers to put over there shoes on a wet November day. I wanted my cream carpets protecting. They did offer to take there trainers off but i refused and said i would take sofa into desired room.
Also not happy they dragged sofa outside on the road.yes it was well bubble wrapped but this was then filthy and wet when it got to my front door.

The contact regarding arrival was excellent, they kept us constantly updated and arrived when they said they would which was well before the time advised.
The lads were very pleasant and respectful, they were also very helpful.

Efficient and on time

Delivery was far too early in the morning (just after 6am) and not at the time stated. It was dark outside and they knocked over one of my plant pots. They were fairly grumpy and I did not enjoy the experience when I was looking forward to receiving my furniture. Only one of my two items were delivered with no explanation for where the armchair was that should have been delivered in the same date which has caused me a lot of hassle with SCS getting another delivery date.
