The whole experience was really fantastic. Everything was as I was told it would be from finding my suite to ordering and delivering. The guys that delivered where great and installed my gorgeous new suite without any problems. Thank you Poltronesofa very impressed.

Great experience in the Grimsby store found just what we wanted price was great love the idea that they will send someone out to give your new sofa an mot after two years what a great idea fills me with confidence to buy
Staff were great not pushing you to buy
Only down fall for me was the 3 months to wait for delivery
Also took full advantage of there 0% finance deal I did put £700 deposit but didn’t have to put a penny down
All in all easy to shop no one pushing you to buy thanks guys

Very happy with the new sofa and chair, everything was top class from start to finish.

The staff member at SCS Grimsby who served us was very helpful and knowledgeable. First class. We weren't rushed and we felt valued.

We went into Grimsby branch to look at suites we were dealt with by a chap called Paul who was very helpful in fact he was marvellous. .
Awaiting our furniture now

Very efficient and quick

Very friendly staff, welcoming store and the scent when you enter the store is fantastic. Matthew was very knowledgeable and helpful to assist us to make our final decision after looking for a sofa for more than 18 months

We went on the recommendation of our Daughter who had themselves had purchased sofas from them, and to be fair .
Looking at the costs of some sofas I had looked at on line I will admit I wasn't sure,my Wife would say I think would be I'm tight !!?.
I soon found out that the Staff could not be faulted at all in fact they were 100% I was so pleasantly surprised and we soon found what we had wanted all along.
It was the best services I think we have ever had, having to wait till October for delivery but for a hand made is a small price to pay.
My total appreciation goes to all the staff who helped us, a massive thank you to all.
