Apart from coming hours after the recommended slot the lads were in an out and super friendly and set up the sofas perfectly -no issues

I am happy to see that you have had a positive experience with your delivery and that the drivers were super friendly when setting up your suite.

I am sorry to see that your delivery arrived later in the say than expected. Whilst we always aim to deliver in the specified time slot provided on the day of delivery there are occasions where we are unable to do this if there are circumstances arising on the day that prevent us from doing so - e.g traffic.

Overall I am please to read that the experience has been a positive one and I hope you enjoy your furniture for many years to come

Hottest day of the year was ano sweat.

There was no problem when I wanted to delay delivery. In the days before and on the day itself I had timely updates on the timing.
The delivery itself was fast and professionally handled by a pleasant and helpful team - and they didn't leave me to deal with the packaging. They took it away without me needing to ask.
All this on the hottest day of the year when they had to carry a 100Kgs sofa up a long flight of stairs.

Late delivery

Initial message said suite would be delivered between 7am and 12 noon. I was up and around at 6.45am. Then the time was changed to 11 - 12 and then 12.11 - 1.11. Going further and further into the afternoon. It said there were no other deliveries before us. It ended up with the suite arriving at 2.35pm. No apologies for being late, changing times, heavy traffic, or anything. What were they doing if there were no deliveries before ours. I would like to know.
We realise they were not based locally but it was unacceptable the way the times changed so often. You had the schedule of deliveries so why not be honest about timings instead of keeping customers waiting around.

I am 76 and my husband 78. He is in hospital on the acute cardiology ward. I needed to go to hospital to see him but instead sat around on a dining chair waiting for most of the day. I couldn't even go for a shower in case they arrived. Obviously he knew the reason I wasn't visiting as you were sending the new times to him.

The customer service in the showroom was excellent. The delivery was very poor. Why say 7am to 12 noon if there is absolutely no chance that it will be delivered then.
We will not be recommending your company to anyone and will make sure that friends and colleagues are aware of the poor delivery schedule.

Bit of a long wait for our sofas after…

Bit of a long wait for our sofas after ordering.Booked day off work on delivery cos we live in a 3 storey house.Van turned up on time,man came to door and went to van.I presumed he was checking right number but van drove off.Not my wife or myself heard a knock.I presume they were contracted drivers,saw the stairs and couldn't be bothered.Arranged 2nd delivery David and Daniel were excellent and did a great job.A side rest was missing but they have arranged another.
