Great customer service in store. Not too pushy. Gave us time to browse uninterrupted, but salesman was there to assist when needed. Sofas were delivered within the specified time period. Arrived at given time on the day. Good contact with notifications of exactly when they would be here. Chris and Terry were polite and respectful of our property. They unpacked the sofas, placed them exactly where we wanted them and took all the packing away. Sofas are great and very competitively priced.

Me and my partner went in to the store for a look around on a sunday afternoon. We became aquainted with Jayne who helped us understand what exactly we were looking for. She didn’t try to sell us the most expensive items but sold us a sofa that she knew would suit us and our needs. She went above on beyond with us, bringing us refreshments on a hot day, getting to know us and just having a nice laugh together. We used their financing option which she talked us through with her colleague, Chase, and they answered all of our questions. Huge shoutout to Jayne for being so genuine and kind to us :)

Overall it was an excellent service. buying the furniture was easy and well explained but what let the experience down was being ignored by the staff once the final payment was made. The delivery team were excellent, friendly and efficient a credit to the company.

Nice quality leathers compared to the competition, and great that you can get most items in the store in every matching colour/fabric which made mixing and matching extremely easy

The Sofa we chose with the help of Sophie at the Lincoln store. She was patient and answered all our questions over 2 visits. Delivery is a bit long but the timing works for us. We look forward to recieving our sofas.

To coin a phrase, love it, love it, love it! The whole process of buying my sofa, and armchair, has been an absolute dream. Great selection in showroom - lots of choice together with huge choice of different fabric finishes. Important to be able to try comfort of seating. Staff namely Brian were excellent help - we took our time over a couple of days with choices - whole experience was helpful & not rushed. Altogether very pleased.

From buying our new sofa till delivery yesterday we have 0 issues, communication at the beginning was nil & void, but 2 weeks before delivery we got regular updates... the guys who delivered & set up our sofa were excellent as temperatures were very extreme... ice cold water was passed to both of them

Had a complaint about sofa. So sent pics due to seating starting to sag after 3 months. Its sagged down 3''. Could be springs?. Paid a lot for this plus insurance on top and to cut story short, they cannot do anything. All they want is your money at the end of the day and that's it. Couldn't care less about you. So think twice about this Company before buying. This unfortunatly will be taken to the tip soon.

I really like how you are left to browse and not bothered by sales people. The sales assistants are knowledgeable and helpful. The sales rooms are calm and smell nice. I knocked off a star because the focus had been on monthly payments and I hadn't realised how expensive the sofa actually was. I would have preferred this to have been more up front.
