Liam the sales person at Giltbrook, Nottingham was extremely helpful in explaining the service we should expect when purchasing our Elland leather sofa, the expected delivery date and the quality of the finished product and aftercare.
Liam assured us in all aspects of the transaction that customer care was of utmost importance to the company and we should expect excellence in the final product on delivery and the sofa being finally constructed in our home to our full satisfaction.
We are looking forward to a very positive outcome following this initial experience.

Walking into this store, we were greeted warmly by all staff and made to feel at ease. The customer service was not too pushy, and staff were very informative and professional. After searching around for quite some time at other competitors, we found our dream sofa here at this store! Connor was lovely made me feel at ease and most helpful. I had no intention of purchasing a suite and I ended up buying 2 sofas I was only visiting my parents for the Easter weekend I have since needed to call the store as I wasnt asked what feet I wanted on the sofas I spoke to Liam who was also very helpful and said he would deal with my enquiry all in all my experience so far as been brilliant thank you.

Went entering your store we were greeted by a lovely lady who guided us through the procedure, and then left us alone to browse, when I was ready to ask questions she was there with all the answers I needed to purchase my perfect sofa

Probably the worst buying experience of my life. 17 weeks after paying in full my sofa was finally delivered. Repeated phone calls and trips back to the store, only to hear the same lies and excuses of why it was not delivered in the timeframe. I will never be using such an awful company again and I plead anyone reading this to do the same. The only bright point were the delivery guys, who were fantastic in ever way possible. Such a shame everything else wasn't.

Prompt delivery. Came when they said they would. Kindly helped my husband move our old sofa into the garage due to my back going a few days prior. However when my husband asked if they would help on the phone there was a lot of “huffing and puffing” he offered them a drink and they just seemed very blunt, not chatty. I understand they are busy and everyone has “bad days” but these experiences do stick and when you’re asked to review you want to give your honest experience.

Nice delivery men but didn’t take their shoes off when they made the delivery or wear shoe protectors or even put any dust sheets down.

Can't believe this company recieved sofa double recliner and chair recliner.
They had bad creases i reported it 2 days after recieving them. They told me to plump an spread as in the care imformation pack and that it was from packaging and get back to them after week or so. The plumping and spreading made no differance got in touch again and they said I havnt followed what it said in the care kit. What annoys me is we have had the settee and chair 13 days and there talking as tho we had it 6months or a year and the quality of comfort is not the same as in the shop filling feels completely different.
