Less than one star!
Placed an order in early November 2024
Advised sofa would be with us late Jan early Feb 2025
Still no sofa and now told you cannot provide a date of when I am likely to receive it!!!
Nobody rings idea at all so I’m just supposed to wait indefinitely
Now nobody calls back from the helpline!!
I will be taking this further to recover my £500 deposit….. contract states non refundable but I have not cancelled my order you are unable to provide the goods so you have breached your side of the contract and I am well within min my rights to a refund!
Totally unacceptable 😡

I hope you are well and thank you for taking the time to leave us your review.
I understand your frustration with the delay in receiving your sofa and the lack of communication from us around this.
We do advise in your terms and conditions that an order can arrive 4 weeks either side of the estimate shown on your order documents. This was 31/01/25 so we are still within this timeframe at the moment.
I have requested an update on your order which we will contact you a soon as we have a response.
If this does go over that 4 week timeframe then we can certainly discuss your options with you.

Estimated date was 7, Feb now states 26, Feb no contact to say of later delay, ordered this just after Christmas, If i knew it would have been this long would of bought elsewhere

Sofa was made and delivered before the date originally given when buying the sofa. Communication during delivery was top notch. Simon and Russell who delivered the sofa fit the sofa and put it together in no time, friendly and helpful with information when delivering.

From only popping in to get some ideas and suggestions on a new sofa bed within an hour we’d walked out with the deal done on our perfect solution. Nathan is a real credit to your company.
