Delivery was great and the sofa is Lovely. The main issue I have is that I have been charged for delivery yet there has been offers on since I purchased my sofa with free delivery. I called to ask about this but I was told that is ordered my sofa now and nothing could be done. Other companies honour new deals prior to delivery - you should do the same.

Was made to feel welcome without being pressurised into buying and was allowed to look round the store at own pace No delivery fee was required so was happy with overall price of sofa purchased

The delivery service was very good the people who delivered the sofa were very friendly and polite they were very respectful

Kept in touch with us said they were about an hour away which was out of the time stated delivery went well apart from that lovely guys

I have visted the store at diffrent locations and have always been greeted lovely.

INTIMIDATING DELIVERY STAFF.
The staff at the store were great when I ordered in January, however I had my sofa delivered on 07/05 and the delivery drivers were intimidating, pushed for my to have it left in the box (the could see I was decorating in the room next door to my living room), I asked if they could take it out and set it up and they said I would only get to have the 30 days to check the sofa if it were left in the box, pushed for me to sign and left it in the middle of my living room. Living on my own as a female this was a terrible experience and didn't dare challenge them at the time. What was worse is I then had to get a handyman to help me the next day as I hadn't realised that I needed to put the feet on the sofa and this is impossible on a 4 seater on your own. I'm now also left with a giant box to get rid of. Tried to raise a complaint through the store and customer service the next day and was passed from pillar to post, and the distribution centre basically said "tough you must be happy because you've signed for it". Wrote a complaint 2 weeks ago as I had paid £200 for delivery and set up and the service provided clearly breached consumer rights. Still no response despite having called for an update since. Extremely poor that no accountability has been taken, and they clearly don't care when a customer hasn't been provided what they have paid for and was poorly treated by their staff too. Looking at other reviews, others have had issues with delivery too.
