Debbie was absolutely incredible.

Debbie was absolutely incredible with us in store, she couldn't have been more helpful! Pointed out different styles of sofa that we has mentioned we liked, and even directed us to the ex display models which we eventually chose. The other staff in store were just as helpful, including offering us some water, which was much appreciated especially with the heat!

Amazing experience

We went to Speke Retail Park planning to visit all of the sofa stores, but after visiting Poltronesofà first, we didn’t need to go anywhere else.
Paul was fantastic from the moment we arrived. He helped us choose the perfect sofa, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process easy to understand without ever being pushy.
We had a really enjoyable experience and left feeling confident in our choice. Excellent customer service, thank you, Paul! Highly recommended.

Friendly and helpful with no high pressure sales technique.

Friendly, welcoming and helpful without being pushy. Welcomed us to the store, explained the layout and options regardind materials available. Then left us to look around the store at our own pace but we're available and helpful when we had questions. When we decided on a style Debbie went through all the options and pricing which she provided by e-mail to enabled us to go home and discuss whether the sofas would suit and fit into our room. When we went back to store to place an order we were again listened to and at no time were we put under any pressure.

I was not given any documents to…

I was not given any documents to confirm I bought a 3 seater settee.......only by email . This is not good enough.

Paul and Lisa were superb in helping us…

Paul and Lisa were superb in helping us to visualise which colour, type of sofa, and finish of leather would enrich the lounge in our period property.
Nothing was hurried and every suggestion was considered earnerstly.
We're looking forward to relaxing on our new leather recliner sofas in a few months. Claire & David

Staff were welcoming and helpful…

Staff were welcoming and helpful without being pushy. We were able to browse without any pressure but staff were on hand to ask questions and advice. The buying process was fully explained and we were offered a drink. I cannot review the product or delivery as we are waiting for it.

was served by jan at the speke liverpool store , was knowledgeable and listened to what we were looking for , no pressure selling , really helpful she made us feel like friends rather than customers . didnt buy on the day went back a day later and waited for jan to be avaliable to order . poltronesofa speke i hope you know what a asset you have in jan she should be used as a role model for customer service and care ,

A comfortable experience in more ways than one, with excellent assistance from the sales team.

On our first visit we were welcomed with a helpful introduction inviting us to browse the store at leisure and to try the many styles of sofa, before choosing the colour.
We found the Tunstall range which we liked and met our requirements. Having visited other stores and not found anything elsewhere we returned armed with a curtain to help us choose from the extensive range of fabrics and colours.
Lisa provided excellent assistance in finding the perfect fabric and colour for our room, before guiding us through placing the order.
We felt comfortable without any pressure through the whole experience and are looking forward to our sofas arriving in 4-5 weeks.

New sofa time.

Great staff, very professional, and knowledgeable, the lovely Mel who looked after me was friendly and accommodating, no pressure tactics deployed, she gave an initial briefing on how things worked then left me to have good look around, a well appointed showroom, an all together fantastic experience.
