Lousy company that Never gets back to you

Lousy company that Never gets back to you when you have a problem but there quick enough to take your money & give you NO customer service.
DON'T GO TO SCS / Poltronesofa there the same company if you want customer service.
THEY DON'T RESPECT YOU !!!

The store experience was nice (a bit…

The store experience was nice (a bit overselling), but they said the sofas are gonna be delivered in 2-3 months, and there's been zero communication afterwards so far, except for 'the order accepted'. Hopefully, both will arrive at some point.

Unexpected £300 Charge – Aggressive Customer Service

I recently placed an order with Poltronesofa (Order No: S0058-1000503697).
I paid £129 for delivery and installation, as stated in my contract and on their official website.
However, I was later asked to pay an unexpected additional £300, which was never mentioned before signing.
When I questioned this, a staff member called from 020 8208 4090 and pressured me, even threatening to cancel my order if I did not pay immediately.
This behavior caused me significant stress. I am currently seeking resolution through the Furniture & Home Improvement Ombudsman (FHIO).
I want other customers to be aware that extra charges may be claimed aggressively even after the contract is signed.

I am very sorry to see that you have rated us as 1* on this occasion and that you have been disappointed in the service from store.

Looking over your order document I can see that the delivery charge of £129 was applied to your order at the point of sale.

It is noted that your furniture was deemed as non-fit on the initial delivery attempt by the crew. If this happens then we can recommend an upholsterer however this is at an additional cost to yourself. It is stated on your order document that any fit issues at the property are a customers responsibility.
Please accept my apologies for any upset caused, It is noted that your complaint has been referred to the store so that they can contact you directly to discuss this.

Warning ‼️ ScS Rebranded Poltronesofà
ScS Rebranded Poltronesofà – A Warning to All. Stay stress free and shop with a reputable retailer!!

Despite the rebranding, this company still cannot fulfill orders even after nearly five months of waiting. I placed an order and have yet to receive it. After sending several emails to their customer service team, I experienced unprofessional behaviour—they didn’t even acknowledge my messages.

A friend warned me about her bad experience, but I didn’t heed the warning. Don’t be fooled by their branding; ScS (Italian or not) it is the same old company it always has been, with shoddy management and poor customer service. The stress I have been put under has been immense and I don’t want others to be treated to the same experience

Good knowledge

Excellent in store help on selecting our sofas. Shame when we went to pay salesperson blank us out and started a conversation with someone else. Left me with payment machine which would not work. I had to be quite abrupt in the end to get attention.

Had a great experience at the staples…

Had a great experience at the staples corner branch. We met Jay, really helpful, polite and understanding. My dad is an older man who needed a comfortable arm chair but one he could get up out of easily and safely!
Jay took all this into account and showed us more than 1 option all to the specifications that we ask for.
There was no rushing us and he helped us find the best match for dad's needs.

So our experience was enjoyable and successful.
Would definitely recommend this branch.
