Your crew phoned me about 30 minutes before delivery. When they arrived they were curteous and proffessional. They took great care maneuvering my new sofa into my lounge without damaging any of my walls in the hallway. They unwrapped the sofa and made sure it was placed exactly where I wanted it. This is why I gave a 5* review.

We had visited several sofa stores before finding what we wanted at ScS in Wakefield. The store had just reopened following refurbishment. Nahida and her manager were very helpful with colour swatches, as we weren't sure which colour to go for. They even moved the sofas away from the spotlights to show them in more natural light. Can't fault the friendly and polite delivery guys either (Merv and Kyle), who were quick and efficient. Overall, we are very pleased with our sofas.

Five stars from us. Our items were delivered on time by friendly, efficient delivery team who were careful not to mark our carpet as they had to come over the lawn to deliver the settee through the bifold doors.

After waiting 11 weeks for a sofa today I got a wrong one. Since 10 oclock in the morning I called them 5 times it just going on without telling you where you’re in the queue, when i preyto i get call back, no one calls back. Such a bad customer service. I don’t recommend anyone buy anything srom scs

Sofa arrived when stated, good condition with no damage, unfortunately the delivery guys could not get both pieces of sofa in the house, had to get someone who works for them to take 1 of the pieces apart to fit through door, improvement to be made there as all it needed was 8 screws to remove and replace once in house , it took 5 mins to do that, maybe 1 of delivery guys should have that experience in doing that sort of task, as it would help in the long run , but overall I'm am satisfied with the purchase .thanks to Tom and John ELW 143 423 they did their best, mich appreciated

The Wakefield store was really impressive, with a relaxed atmosphere and staff who wanted to help but were not too pushy. We really enjoyed browsing around and finally found a sofa that was just right for us. Will definitely shop there again.

Utterly disgusted with the appalling attitude of staff at the wakefield retail park store today. I was with my 16 month old and my 6 year old autistic son. He was touching furniture amd climbing on the sofas, I repeatedly told him to get down so was not condoning his actions, however staff member shakil kindly informed me that I ought to "control my child" because the furniture is expensive. I explained about my son's diagnosis and he simply repeated that I need to control him. I certainly hope he isn't this ignorant, dismissive and rude with all potential customers with disabilities. I immediately left the store, utterly disgusted, my husband went in to discuss what happened and lovely shakil failed to mention his dismissive and discriminatory comments, insisting he was concerned about customer safety. If he was so worried about my child hurting himself then why did he only mention the prices? He is in desperate need of sensitivity training and I will be utilising social media groups to inform thousands of other parents of neurodivergent children to avoid your stores like the plague considering how they are likely to be treated. It's a shame I have to leave any stars because it certainly isn't warranted.

From the moment we entered the store in Wakefield we were pursued even when we said we were just looking. We were eventually left alone to decide by ourselves. But always being circled like prey. And then the sell began for insurance which went on and until I had to ask if the salesperson and her manager were hard of hearing. I don't want your insurance
