Came shopping for a new couch and the 2…

Came shopping for a new couch and the 2 guys couldn’t have been more accommodating we explained what we wanted and was shown some different options of which we chose the best one for us
Unfortunately while Instore I caught sight of another couch so instead of leaving having ordered one we left having ordered two but I left a very happy shopper massive thanks to Danny and his staff with outstanding customer service and care

Small side note do not be put off by the overgrown grass it’s Wigan Labour Council that give the impression this shop is closed it isn’t. If your on the market for a new suite have a look

I haven’t received my furniture!

Well for a start we haven’t received our furniture! After emails with links that said it’s coming to then pressing said link to be told it’s now Friday. I used the website tracking and that said the 22nd. In the end I called the shop as I had no idea if it was coming or not, they contacted the warehouse and said the driver called in sick. No contact was made to me, I took an afternoon off work and also had to get my parents to pick up my child so I was in for delivery! So now it’s coming on Friday hopefully!! It’s not the shop I purchased it from a fault they do not deal with deliveries.

Great experience from ordering to…

Great experience from ordering to delivery. The sales assistant was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The communication from the company has been excellent so we knew the progress of our order. The delivery guys kept us informed, even to the extent of being 30mins late. They were polite and efficient. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Absolutely appalling experience

Absolutely appalling experience

We were excited to recieve our new sofa only for it to arrive with a rip in the fabric. Discovering damage on a brand new item that cos a significant amount of money was disappointing enough, but the way we were treated afterwards was even worse.

The following morning I went into the store seeking advice because I genuinely did not know that damage claims had to be submitted through an online form. Rather than receiving any sympathy or apology the member of staff was dismissive and appeared completely uninterested in the fact we had just recieved a damaged sofa. The only thing he seemed concerned about was weather the delivery paperwork had been signed.

At no point did he apologise for the condition of the sofa, or acknowledge our frustration. As a customer who had just spent a considerable amount of money, I found the attitude rude, unprofessional and lacking in customer care

Receiving a damaged product is bad enough, but being made to feel like the problem is somehow your fault simply because you signed for a delivery is unacceptable. A signature confirms receipt, not that a sofa has been inspected inch by inch for hidden damage.

I am extremely disappointed with both the quality control and the customer service. Based on my experience so far, I would not recommend this company.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. What appear to be quality products. We ordered our suite with the help of Bernard O’Keefe who was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful with his advice.

Fantastic service from going into the…

Fantastic service from going into the store to pick a new sofa, to keeping me informed as when my delivery would be to on the day updates of when to expect the delivery. Friendly delivery mens, who set up the new sofa and took all the rubbish away too.

Excellent delivery team

The three lads that delivered our furniture was very pleasant,friendly and very professional. Came on the time they gave us. Explained how to dismantle the backs if we ever moved house. Made sure everything was perfect before they left. 5 star team.
