From walking in to the store we was made to feel welcome and nothing was too much pressure, great job

Jonathan and Jayden were very polite, helpful and professional delivering our new reclining sofas. They showed me how the sofas fixed together ( helpful, if we move house ) Two lovely, kind men.
The sofas arrived much earlier than expected ( Bonus ) as we were using canary yellow deck chairs ( which seemed like forever and gave the Jonathan /Jayden a giggle. ) we were having a downpour thunderstorm at the time of delivery but Jonathan and Jayden kept the sofas from getting soaked unpacking them ( while I made them a cup of coffee ) they removed all cardboard too. Can’t fault them or SCS . Thank you for making/delivering our sofas, we are extremely pleased with them. We highly recommend SCS and delivery team.

Just had our Sofa delivered by 2 extremely professional delivery men on possibly the hottest day of the year, Mervyn and Jaden did a brilliant and speedy job delivering our Sofa upstairs to our Apartment. Very friendly and couldn't do enough to make sure we were happy with the product. The Sofa is superb and I am sure we will get many years of use from it, can highly recommend this Company for their 1st class service and delivery.

There was a lovely smell entering the showroom and the staff were good knowledgeable and let you look around first.

We were greeted by Lee at the store on Clifton Moor, York. He was very helpful and not at all intrusive, allowing us to walk around and look at the reclining chairs at leisure. When he saw we were keen on one of them he explained the features and gave us plenty of time to wander around and choose a colour for the chair. It wasn't cheap but is needed for a family member with medical needs and we feel we have made the right choice. Delivery time is around 12 weeks but that's fine, we are happy to wait for it.

The service was excellent the sofa is cmfotabe and is of top quality we are very pleased and would recommend the company.The delivery service was also very good and very prompt.

Furniture arrived on time and as specified. Delivery personel arrived within time slot sent to us. They were courteous, quick and efficient in setting the sofa up and explained the controls.
The sofa met our expectations and the quality of workmanship appeared to be excellent.

After being let down by another company who delivered us a faulty sofa & footstool 🫣 that i was returning for a full refund we weren't looking forward to the task of going through the task of finding/choosing a replacement and was dreading hiw long delivery was going to take as knew we would be without a sofa etc for a few months 😬
The York Clifton Moor Store was immaculate, not overly fragranced [a big thing when you have allergies]. Staff not pushy, we had in mind [and had a list] of sofas we wanted to look at. We had a stroll round then was approached by [I think Ben]a member of staff who was smartly dressed etc. He was polite, friendly and chatty without being overly familiar, which we loved. He explained the care cover in detail but was not pushy about us purchasing it, though we did choose to do so. 🤩
We explained what we wanted, had a sit on a few of the sofas on our list.
We actually chose a sofa and large footstool from 2 different ranges once we were assured the leather would match perfectly by the staff member.
Decided which we wanted, was given a price, then some time to think it over and decide between the two colours of leather we liked. The staff member not only showed us the colour samples but found sofas /chairs in store in that shade of leather sofa that we could see an actual item in that colour leather.😍
Only negative is the long wait for our order to be made & delivered.🥺

Wayne introduced himself and explained all the options available to me- he allowed me to browse freely but available to answer any questions.
I returned later that day with my husband- again Wayne was very approachable- explained all the finance options, delivery etc. He was so easy to chat with as we processed our order and made it clear he would be able to help us with any queries after delivery.
