I had to leave a review for this absolutely top quality business. I had another supplier cancel an order at the very last minute and in a desperate search to procure the same product I placed an order with sealants and tools. I optimistically left a note in the box provided on the order page to specify that it was extremely urgent. Up to that point, I do not think I have ever encountered a business I have ordered from that has actually read and actioned the information in those additional note sections - so I didn't have much hope. However, within 10 minutes I had a call from Matt, who had read my note on the urgency, and with only a handful of minutes to spare, somehow got the package out on the van that day - my order was very near to close of business. The order arrived exactly on time the next day and saved me delaying the job at what would have been a cost of several hundred pounds.

FAST, EFFICIENT SERVICE, NO PROBLEMS

I spoke to Sealants and tools direct before placing my order as I was trying to match up colours for a soudal mastic. The lady I spoke to was really kind and helpful. I then put my order online to make the payment. Super swift delivery. Excellent packaging. Recommend this company and would use again.

Outstanding service spoilt by incompetent courier! The items I purchased were fantastic value compared to local merchants, up to half price and despatched the next day. However the courier DX took 3 days to deliver after sending a text each day, tying me up each day at the house and failing to deliver each day. They only finally delivered 3 of the 4 items claiming one was damaged. However there was no quibble from sealants and tools direct who promptly despatched the item that day. I hope you were reimbursed from DX. Definitely recommend sealantandtoolsdirect

I bought a ratchet tool with a rotating handle for a special job.
I contacted these guys to get an idea of delivery so I could plan the job.
Within a couple of minutes I had the answer straight away which also had a picture of the address. I source parts and tools for many jobs. And by far this to me is a company that have gone way beyond any other company I have previously used. So this will be my starting point when sourcing tools etc...Thank you guys, Your hard work is greatly appreciated Peter

This is possibly the best company I have ever dealt with! Matt is a total hero has literally bent over backwards to help out. I couldn't praise him and his team enough. Even when they were out of stock and couldn't supply in time, he found a competitive company to find me the product I needed.

I ordered some Stubby spanners and they turned up the following day. I have not used the set yet, but they were well packed and look and feel very good. Really excellent service: will certainly use again and recommend when asked for a relaible merchant

After placing an order with any online supplier you normally expect to receive an almost immediate confirmation email, but on my first order with Sealants and Tools Direct this failed to happen, which did cause some concern. However, I needn't have worried because I got a quick confirmation of my order when I filled in one of their contact forms. The return email message at 0814hr was 'Your order is fine and delivery is scheduled for today.' The items were delivered at 0955hr. My order had been dispatched and delivered in less than two days, which given the present driver shortage is pretty amazing. Watch out Amazon you've got competition! Sealants and Tools Direct gave me a good price and a quick delivery. Also, the packaging was top notch. Highly recommended.

First time of using great quick service asked a question and the customer service so quick and helpful will definitely use again and highly recommend.

This is a first class company. A lovely lady on the phone helped me with my order because I am partially sighted. They sent me taller cage free. The packaginger is A1. I have nothing but praise for this wonderful company and their staff.

Poor company, made an order and it was sent incomplete due to out of stock items( although showing as in stock). Over a week later and and going in to a second week,they are still not committing to a date for delivery, completely messed up our working week and have had to order some from elsewhere. Not good enough

I ordered a couple of parts for my multi tool on Thursday 20th May at 2’45 in the afternoon, the company delivery advised up to 3 days, so to my surprise at 7’45 the next morning the parts were delivered. Parts perfect, so I can get my job finished,
