Item arrived with a crack in it I attempted to repair it to save them the hassle of a return but was unable to fix! They refused me a refund so I'm out of pocket stay well clear!!!!

Ordered a few items for our dog including a grey Thundershirt which I wanted to change to a blue. I was asked to ring up the day after the order had been placed and therefore before it was sent out., This I did and was told another £2 would be payable. I gave my credit card details and was kept a long time on the phone for unknown reasons. Any way when the goods finally arrived well over a week later, the thundershirt was grey. I rang up to complain and was told someone had tried to ring me on my phone but the number they had for me did not correspond to mine. My feeling is I do not think they tried because they could have sent me an email if they could not contact me. They then asked for another £2.95 plus postage to send the blue one. I refused saying it was their fault for not sending me the blue. They certainly did nothing to resolve the problem!

Product price best I could find on internet. Ordered one day, delivered the next. Very good service.

Ordered at weekend delivered Monday.

Took 2 weeks for item to arrive, and when it did it was broken. Was told to return it using freepost address but Post Office refused the parcel as it was too big. Seapets arranged for a courier pickup but the courier did not turn up.

THE ITEMS ARRIVED PERFECTLY AND BEFORE THEY WERE EVEN SCHEDULED TO ARRIVE

Placed my order pm one day and it arrived next day.

Happy with what I ordered but was disappointed by the fact that I was told that I would receive an email with a tracking number when my purchase was on it's way. I never received an email, only a 'delivery attempted' card through my door from the courier which did have a tracking number on it but it that meant someone had to be in the next day to wait for the parcel - all of which could have been avoided had SeaPets emailed me the tracking number as promised .

Order took 12 days to arrive.

I ordered item but delivery was slow due to item not being in stock which I wasn't originally informed about,but I would use seapets again.

I had ordered the wrong size item but I was able to amend order without any problems.
The lady member of staff I spoke to was very helpful.
Would recommend Dealers to anyone.
