Terrible service and lack of honesty.

I've purchased an item from them the last week when i immediately realised the item doesn't fit to my Cargobike, so the mechanic said he would ask the boss to refund the money to me and ever since I needed to call them several times and sent emails to them with no response!
Terrible customer service. Don't recommend at all. I'm even considering selling my cargo bike. It is pricy to buy such an item from a company doesn't care about the customers. DONT RECOMMEND
