I placed my order and trusted the process, I then got my teeth on time which fit perfectly. To say I love them is an understatement. UPDATED REVIEW- a hit and miss

Customer service before buying is top notch. When received the first set I had a few issues, they were shaved too low across my teeth and hurt badly which was rectified after literally sending more than one email to the lab. I loved them and made a few posts which people became interested in buying, asking questions etc. The company promised a free set for a positive review on here which I did receive but with worst issues than the very first set I got. I was beyond disgusted. It felt like I received someone else's teeth. I reached out and my messages fell on death ears. Literally all what the other reviews were saying is what I got. The excellent customer service came with ignoring my messages. When I finally got an email from the lab they only said will send top arch instead of a top and bottom. I sent a follow-up email to let him know but no answer. Today after a week, I decided to send another email only to receive this message 'What is it that you are chasing?' Ordering with this company is a hit and miss. Some would be done properly maybe if you are an influencer to sell their product you will get perfectly done ones but other than that they refuse to admit that their lab techs fall short. They even tried to justify that maybe gum recession is the cause for the badly made free set I received. I even requested to pay for another impression as it seems that the first one have issues but it went ignored. I also have screenshots and photos of every interaction. They claim to send a free set until your issues are fixed but that's not the case. Is this company a scam? Read through all reviews for that answer but order with money you can afford to lose.

I’m genuinely shocked at all the bad reviews on here. I’ve ordered from this company twice now and when I say I couldn’t be happier, it’s an understatement. The customer service is excellent. They are caring and understanding when it came to my own personal circumstances. It has boosted my confidence over the moon and changed my life for the better. It allowed me to smile again with confidence and not be self conscious about my teeth.

After reading the reviews on trust pilot I thought I'd write my own experience with secret veneers. I find these ratings fake and unfair compared to other companies I've spoke too.
Secret veneers care about their customers and follow your whole journey, not just until your at the checkout. They work hard to provide the perfect smile and if it isn't upto scratch they go out of their way to resolve it. They even send free veneers to those who have suffered DV. Don't be put off by these terrible ratings as I'm pretty confident half of them have never even clicked on the site nevermind the checkout. From the helpful influences to the lab technicians, they work with you to give you the confidence you deserve, they don't judge they just help, I've used another company very similar to these and it's terrible to see how copying can destroy a reputation, secret veneers are the ones you need to go to. If you want what you pay for make sure you don't make the mistake of finding an alternative.

I can’t recommend secret veneers enough, a lot of my friends have gone with them so I thought I’d try and I’m so happy with my veneers, I got shade A1 and they look absolutely fantastic and fit amazingly, I’ve worn them all day everyday since I’ve got them and I love them so much, I’m getting so many compliments on my teeth now which has never happened to me before so I am ever so thankful, I can actually smile now without hiding my teeth

They didnt fit around gum line looks stupid.

No contact details they have comments of on instagram, cant dm them back on instagram, the veneers arrived in a box with nothing else so impossible to contact them found an email 3 weeks no reply haha.

Genuinely scammers if doesn’t fit or you dont like it unlucky. Would not waste my money

Be careful with this company!!!!!!!!!! The worst veneer company that I have ever seen. Absolutely no worth to buy; it takes only two days to have veneers until they are broken. I paid for Express production, and I realized that they ripped me off because I was waiting for more than two months. Also, there is no customer service at all, and I'm surprised at how many fake 5-star reviews there are. I'm guessing all these people get money for their lies by writing that everything is perfect. Please avoid this company if you don't want to waste your money!!!

Can’t thank this company enough! I’ve had a bit of a journey with my teeth, I previously ordered clip on veneers from two different companies and they were absolutely awful, I’ll fitting and massive! I then had Invisalign and composite bonding which I absolutely hated and couldn’t afford to get veneers! That’s when I saw this company on tik tok and sent a few messages back and fourth about my previous experience and was reassured they would be able to make my perfect smile! The impressions were so easy to do and my veneers arrived the week after! So quick! Amazing service from start to finish! I ordered the super thin in shade A1 and they are honestly just Amazing! So natural and really comfy to wear! Thank you so much for helping me achieve my dream smile…finally!!! Can’t stop smiling 😀

Secret veneers are the number one company for clip in veneers. Their customer service is second to non. I have been with this company for 6 years! I would never use another company.

The process is easy and if there’s any issues, James in the lab is absolutely amazing, I can’t thank him enough for him service.

I ordered and decided I didn't want the product anymore, I'm entitled to a refund as I haven't received the veneers only the molds. After sending multiple emails I have been completely ignored 3 weeks later, phone mumber provided is invalid. absolute scam company trying to keep all my money. Luckily I didn't pay direct and paid with PayPal so they are giving me a refund and forcibly taking it from this awful company. What ever you do DO NOT pay on card. You'll never see you 100s of £s again. If you want clip ins go with insta smile, they actually have a customer support team and issue refunds and help amazing.

I ordered a set for my 73 year old mother after she fell down the stairs and knocked her front teeth out, getting the right size moulds were a bit faffy. When they arrived they looked very weird, tiny and flimsy but when she put them in...WOW... they look so natural, she has had many compliments!

Been using this company for over 5 years and cannot fault them one bit, easily the best company for clip on veneers excellent customer service and great quality veneers!!

I ordered the veneers and was sent mouth pieces that were too big. Emailed to ask for smaller ones and was told to go buy some, let them know I wouldn’t know where to buy them. Finally received the smaller molds, completed the process and sent them back and still no veneers. I have emailed at least 10 times for my products and then finally a refund and still nothing. It has now been a year and they are stealing peoples money!!! Almost $800 gone because of their unethical practices and lack of concern about making it right . Replied to their response the next morning and still no response from them. This has been a year long process and I hope people read this and understand that this company does not honor themselves and has no ethics!!

I want to take the time to write my honest review of my experience with this company. I will admit I was sceptical about ordering however reviews, I feel don't always tell the full story. So I decided to go on my gut and placed an order. I received my impression kit and I managed to do, what I thought was a successful impression. It was soon clear that when the lab received my impressions they were not the best. They sent me a new kit along with a letter saying i needed to do them again. So again I sent in my impressions. This time what came back to me was simply life changing. From the moment I put them in I couldn't stop smiling. The difference is just incredible and I was overcome with all manner of emotions.
My honest opinion is please don't listen to the noise. I totally understand that some people may have had a different experience to me. They may have had a not so great outcome. I went into this process knowing full well that the product I was buying is indeed made from plastic. They never try to hide that fact and the reason it's much cheaper than traditional dental methods. Also I feel this company make so many other people smile all round the world each and everyday but these people don't make the effort to write a positive review. Unfortunately in this day and age all we only ever see is the negative side of anything because that all people do, complain.

So again my honest opinion for you all is trust the process and trust Secret Veneers because that's what I did and now I can smile. Since my wife passed away 3 years ago I couldn't do that. Now this Christmas I do have something to smile about.

My son gave me these as a gift I followed the video instruction sent photos responds was very poor had to wait.Anyways only had two attempts and neither was good enough that’s what they said. No further response regarding what I should do next as ran out of guards and putty and the filler as they only gave me enough to do two attempts. Putty was not the same colour as the video mine stayed dark blue not light blue. Still waiting for a response to see if they are sending me some more putty etc very much doubt it. Very expensive for the service you don’t get and not able to buy an other set so would I recommend defiantly not, do they look good in other reviews yes if you can get them right. So if you know what your doing and get a quick response from the WhatsApp service good luck

After following this company for years, I decided to finally purchase a set of veneers. Unfortunately they look completely plastic and not realistic at all as they claim to look. There is no natural looking texture. Customer service don't care and don't seem to know what colour they have gave me. £650 I will never get back.
