Was told product would have tracking. No tracking was provided. Was told it would arrive in 3 days. Its been 10. Livechat asked for tracking. Updated saying it sent out of hong kong the 12th. Waited a week checked tracking. Tracking still said shipped out of hong kong 12/12. Livechat said it arrived in Chicago at 738pm it's 1154pm no tracking update. Livechat said it would be here 1/5/2020
This website is crap. They have had my money since December 6 sent package thru some crap company in China. And the order is still in China now..
If you see something u like at this sit i recommend u look to see if a better carrier has it maybe some one like healthy and active they are good company.....
