Im still waiting to receive my cashback. Terrible company.
From the Currys retail group! Be warned

I ordered a phone from E2Save for next day delivery, because I need a phone.
They took my money and instantly wrote and said that the phone was out of stock and would take 2 weeks, when I'm out of the country, so now I need to source and pay for another phone.
There's no way of contacting them.
Terrible. Avoid.

I have to be honest i was a little sceptical of buying a phone through E2save, as i have never heard of them before.

Same also with the network, I D, but as it piggy backs off three, should be fine since ive loved Three over the last 4 years.

So great deal on an Samsung S22 £9 upfront and £27pm there after.

ONLY thing was E2Save says phone wasnt in stock, it was basically a pre order, phone would be available 16th December.
I accepted this and proceeded with the order.

I received excellent communication straight away from E2save,

They confirmed my order, straight after paying thr huge £9 😁, and itemised all i will be receiving..

Nest day i got another email saying phone was at dispatch.and i will get a message from DPD for delivery.

Next morning i got a message from dpd, phone will be with me later today.

So not 3 week wait, 2 days later i have the phone.

Worst customer service ever.
I have been called by E2save for an upgrade on my phone .
I did a very stupid thing by ordering an Iphone 8 plus . They sent me an i phone 8 . I have sent back the phone to E2save but they didn't updated their system . Even if I have received an email confirming that they have received the phone back.I have called them 11 time last week ( and it is NOT free of charge call ) .They keeping telling me that they don't understand and they just blaming their colleague or Carphone warehouse. What a joke . I'm still waiting for them to confirm to O2 that I have sent back the phone 2 weeks ago. I just have called them again and they keeping sending me to O2 who has nothing to do with the contract I'm having with them ...I'M NOT HAVING ANY TELEPHONE LINE ANYMORE.
