This group is a joke. I initially went on-line a couple days after receiving this BS ticket and my invoice "wasn't valid and not found", so I automatically thought this was a scam and now my payment has doubled as they sent me a "FINAL NOTICE" or it goes to collections.. Looked on their site and their building/location doesn't even have a sign up so that's another sign of a scam.. GET YOUR CRAP TOGETHER
3hrs parking = $80.00
Today I had to pay $80 for 3hrs and 3 minutes of parking at Cathedral Square carpark in Brisbane.
Would I have parked there if I knew that would be the cost? Nope!
Will I use their parking services again? Nope!
Would I recommend peeps use their parking facilities? Nope!
In conclusion, I unequivocally place Secure Parking pty in the same category as daylight robbery.

Worst customer service in ages
Worst customer service I have had in ages - cancelled parking in writing and they have overcharged the last payment. NSW Receivables area has not responded to 6 emails and 3 phone calls through their help desk.
Rang their office at 8.40 on a Monday morning and asked to speak to a manager and was told there were no managers in the office yet !
Still waiting for refund and confirmation of cancellation

Paid for early bird parking in Brisbane $18.50 and got there early on time , my meeting was cut short so I left after 3 hours only to be charged another $22.50 for leaving early , what a load of crap this company is , DO NOT TRUST WITH YOUR C.C NUMBER. There will be extra charges put on .
Poor online booking experience
Tried to book online park, had to open account. Put data in, won't accept password. Tried five different passwords, not accepting any despite indication that passwords were "Strong". Tried to ring their call centre, what a waste of my time, held for 27 minutes being told I was next in line then gave up. Read the reviews and most are bad. Review goes to the company UK website so why bother ticking the box below to alert them?

Have booked and paid my ticket for parking online, got it organise a night before, got the PIN number, got in alright and when I was about to pick up my car and drive out to go home, the PIN won’t work for me, instead I have to call few numbers to get in contact or call and speak to the help line (what a waste of time and hassle! (this is my first time have used this secure parking thingy as some of my friends told me to do so, but I have expected this to be accurate and secure as it says by their name.
I don’t think I will recommend SECURE PARKING, I am just not happy how they speak to you and I don’t think the level of customer service is good. I won’t recommend and one very unhappy customer right here.
Paid reserve bay being occupied by other cars
We have paid for monthly parking and have a reversed bay at 67 Symonds Street. It happened a few times that when we would like to park, our bay was occupied. Today it happened again. Their only solution is to give that car a ticket and I have to park elsewhere. Today I have to spend more than half an hour in the car park trying to find an available bay. This is ridiculous and it is not acceptable. Seriously thinking to change the car park.

Contact head office - "Sorry, unless you walk all the way upstairs and speak to our attendant (who's never there) as soon as you arrive in the morning and receive a validation ticket to prove you arrived early, you're not eligible for an early bird price" - What a joke. "Our signs clearly state this". Safe to say never parking at SecureParking carparks ever again.
We deserve better than to be mocked by your calls centres overseas.
On the 25/1/20 I parked in Alliance Centre Market place. My ticket was 15$ There was no sign stating to pay exact amount, so I put in a 50$ note but no change was given. They don’t have a number to call and instructed that I lodge a complaint online. I did so and after two weeks they said the money was on the ticket and when I go next I can use it. I explained that I never have to go into town and wouldn’t need credit in return they asked me to send proof that I have destroyed the ticket so I sent them a picture of the ripped ticket by email they then replied that they can’t insure it’s the exact same secure ticket because it’s ripped. It’s just a joke. Australians deserve better than this mockery.
I need the remaining 35$ to be refunded. It’s been a month now and every time I call they reply overseas and make a mock out of the matter. I tried escalating the mater wanted at least to speak to an Australia official from this company and twice they end up hanging up on me.
I prepaid for a park in Brisbane
I prepaid for a park in Brisbane, cost me $40.80. I paid for the park 24 hours beforehand. I had an important meeting/hearing with my barrister therefore absolutely important that I was punctual hence why I pre-paid my park.
I entered my pin, drove throughout the park but there were no available spots. No one would answer the intercom. I phoned their customer service and was advised I would need to go to another one of their parks which was 10 km away!
Eventually I managed to get into a Brisbane City Council park which was 6 blocks away. Didn't get to my hearing with the barrister until 30mins after scheduled time. It cost me extra dollars in fees as we had to go overtime.
I emailed secure parking to complain and demand a refund, 2 days latter I get a response that they will provide me with a voucher for a future park!!
When in Australia has it been possible for companies to accept payment for a booking in advance, then not provide the service that they have been paid for?
Now to add insult by not refunding my credit card. I certainly have no intention of ever using the services of secure parking ever again and I would suggest that everyone stay clear.
There customer service is non-existent. Thieves!

I booked and paid for a car space with SECURE A SPOT (definately should change their name because they do not SECURE you a spot!). When I arrived at the parking station there were no spots vacant. When I phoned their hotline (waited 15 minutes to get through) I was told that it was a “first in, first served basis” and to apply for a refund.
Apparently they DO NOT SECURE A SPOT and this is written in their terms and conditions. This should be in flashing letters on their website. Very unhappy as I booked days in advance because I was attending a function nearby. Will be booking an Uber next time. Very unhappy!!!!

Excellent response to Thomas Cook's collapse. Moved my car park booking to next year with no trouble at all. The booking was slightly cheaper so they've refunded me the difference. Great service, will be back!

I parked at your Liverpool central car park which claims to be a ‘safe secure car park’, which i believed to be manned 24/7. However while at your car park my window was smashed in by a thief of whom has caused significant damage to my car. However I fail to believe if this is manned and patrolled then how can it not have been discovered till the following morning at 10:30?
A stay in Liverpool has cost me £100 pound for a new window.
