I ordered an item from this Company, via Amazon which arrived slightly damaged. I wrote a review concerning this, not expecting to hear any more. The Company took the trouble to contact me directly and could not do enough to rectify the situation, and immediately dispatched a replacement. I can't speak more highly of this Company as their Customer Service is excellent, and it is nice to find a Company that still takes a pride in the service that it delivers. I will have no hesitation in dealing with this Company in the future, and would recommend it to anyone.

I bought an 48mm clamp from SecureFix Direct and was very pleased with the speed of delivery. I spotted a possible weakness and changed the shorter bolt for a longer one. Notifying the company, I received a professional response, saying they would contact their suppliers to advise them.

I ordered a ten metre strop on Ebay but received a five metre one in error - a quick email and Jason sorted it out immediately, apologising profusely, resulting in the delivery of the correct one in the next morning's post with the bonus of being told to keep the first, shorter one too!

Bought this product from secure fix direct and had a problem with it some months later.
Contacted them and with no beating about the bush said they had experienced issues and a new one was sent by return.

Excellent customer service from this company. I did have a problem with a purchase and this company went the extra mile to resolve it. Unfortunately they could not do so and therefore gave me a full refund and allowed me to keep the problematic item which was useful but just not for the particular job I had in mind.

Jason went over and well above what I would ever expect any company to do his best to bring the matter of a faulty mechanism on a new part supplied by themselves to a more than acceptable resolution with myself , would I rate this company , without a shadow of doubt , ABSOLUTELY , his response was always reassuring and helpful and as said previously over and above what I would normally expect, I was overwhelmed with the help and generosity .

Well, we all expect things to be right so it is when things go wrong that it sorts the good companies from the bad. Secure Fix Direct came to my aid straightaway, helping and keeping in touch throughout my dilemma with my Mobiltech Satellite dish. As it turned out there was nothing wrong with the product only the installation of it. My problem not theirs. Now working superbly.

Royal Mail screwed up delivery but the response from the company was excellent and a full refund provided without question.

Bought a caravan step of these guys that was a little too high for disabled father to climb. I emailed securefix who very quickly sourced and sent a perfect sized step out to me. I was overwhelmed. By far the best company I have ever dealt with. Can't recommend this company enough. Top guys.

I purchased 10MM x 50MM Stainless Steel Round Ring - Marine O Webbing Rigging Mooring [Misc.] for a specific "romantic" purpose. It works really well, is proper smooth and delivery of the product was faster than quoted. I'm not the only one pleasantly surprised!

Purchased a product from Securefix Direct and it didn't work correctly on our car so Securefix sent another one immediately and the replacement didn't work either. Tried the products on my sons vehicle and they worked perfectly. Advised Screwfix the problem is with our car and not their product and could we keep on of the products for my sons vehicle and send the other back. Their response took us completely by surprise and went beyond excellent customer service. I cannot recommend Screwfix Direct highly enough. I certainly look on their site before looking anywhere else.
It is very rare I take the time to give feed back, but in this occasion they certainly deserve the praise.

I ordered a 55l plastic water tank, which arrived on time. unfortunately some fittings were missing, but after contacting Securefix, the missing parts arrived next day, Excellent service.The product looks tough and upto the job also.
