Experience with Agile.net & Secure Team
Secure Team was recommended by my broker Ninja Trader so I decided to try them. The process was simple and streamlined. The price for security software Agile.net and Secure Team is very reasonable and instructions were straightforward to follow. I loved that I was able to book a meeting with Michael from Client Services who gave a summary of how everything integrates and works. All emails and questions were responded to promptly. I have only positive things to say so far about my experience. Keep up the good work Michael and team, and thank you!

So far my experience was perfect
So far my experience was perfect. I ordered the software with a credit card, and received my software download and license within 10 minutes. The software was easy to install on windows 11 and I was able to compile my first set of scripts (for NinjaTrader/NinjaScript) in an hour. The sales person I have been communicating with has been responsive to all my requests (so far).

Absolutely bad service.
Absolutely bad service.
Several days after paying for the product, nothing was received despite several reminders.
There is absolutely no after sales service.
They take the money (it is very expensive) and forget you!

Terrible service Secure Net
Terrible service - appalling. I renewed the order with them and after several emails, they finally replied and sent me the old license from 2022!! Despite repeated emails to ask for my new license, all have been ignored I have tried email and the contact form all to no avail. Terrible service. Emails are not answered nor is the contact form. No idea what's going on with them.

Very bad service, no answer, nothing
I paid for the goods by credit card and received an order confirmation stating that I would receive the license key immediately. I have already written 3 emails and 2 times via the contact form on the website. zero answer. they take the money immediately but after that nothing. what is this for a very bad service!
