Scam

Scam, don’t get fooled. They call you pretending to be Google, offering services to modify an address and remove bad reviews. They direct you to an incomplete website that requires payment to proceed.

They do not verify identity before making business name or address changes, meaning they offer this service to anyone. This makes it impossible for them to actually fix the issue they claim to resolve, even if you pay.

When I told them we wouldn’t proceed with their services, they immediately became aggressive and wouldn’t let me hang up the phone.

Very suspicious—do not trust this company.
