These guys and all their umbrella companies are crooks. Over a year ago Capital sent a tech to fix their panel on warranty, fine. Before he leaves he unplugs the WiFi extender for the doorbell camera and says it’s not needed. The doorbell camera has never worked properly since and we can’t connect on our phone to talk to someone who rang. This is the whole purpose of this camera. When I asked Capital to fix it they said they would charge $75 for a tech to come out. I have the original work order that says he disconnected it. It never failed before he disconnected it. Now a year later Securitas contacts me about my complaint. I explained everything and in the end he says it looks good from his end so it would cost $179.00 now for them to come out. I called him a scammer and hung up! These guys tricked me into switching from Fluent Security to them and said I could cancel anytime. I said ok and never really read the contract but it was a lie and I signed a 5 year contract with these crooks!
