SecurityMetrics: Is there anyone here?
SecurityMetrics will never ever reply to any of your queries, even as a paid client. Is there anyone still working in this company?
Spent few thousands Euros for PCI compliance for multiple companies - their scanning platform was mostly OK compared to competitors (at least a good point..) but as long as you didn't need any assistance, or getting changes done - else you're SOL.
In the end it turns out that they blocked the European country where I am from and couldn't even access my paid services anymore. Horror story - I cannot comprehend how they are still accredited by the PCI DSS council.

Shocking 'support' - rude, condescending, poor knowledge, entirely unhelpful and the team seem to enjoy wasting your time with useless responses to basic queries.
Genuinely shocked this company is still in business.

Scam artists charging a fee for doing nothing. they call from many numbers and you just have to keep blocking them. They are RELENTLESS in calling an emailing so you must be as well. DONT PAY THEM!!!

Fraudulent acticity using the name PCI compliance
I have made the call To security metrics PCI compliance team as instructed by my provider global payments and provided all the required answers and successfully completed.We have stoped using the terminal in February ,2020 but are still getting charged £70-£75 as PCI charge by security metrics. I don’t understand the way it work and you can’t trust any company even after doing all the legally required things. Company’s like this would find a way to steal money from the account. Tried to reach customer service but never get connected. It’s really hard during the pandemic companies like this cheating on us to make our life harder. I spoke to the team numerous times around 30 mins every time but no solution. They are taking money our empty account and there is no way to reach out to them. Extremely poor service with no credibility.
Hope someone would call me back in this number and give us the refund of those faulty charges.
