No Customer service

Placed an order with Hunters, payment taken, all fine, then an email saying all items out of stock, order cancelled and payment refunded. The items were not connected in any way, so how can they be listed on the web site if all out of stock? so I replied and asked when they will be back in stock, the reply saying they are obsolete, so again why are they listed for sale? Two emails later no reply. Spent weeks waiting for any reply, see Hunters it is listed as part of SSED ? no boss listed, clearly not interested in honesty, or customer service.
PS, the items are still listed on the web site
