SecurStar support sucks
They have some great software but all lack one very important feature .... SUPPORT!
No matter what portal of communication you select on their website to request support for problem mitigation or even just simple information, you will never receive an answer. Not just rude or lack of consideration but, downright stupid business practice. I could not even get information on a trial application. If I can't get a trial application to work, why would I buy it? They seem to have forgotten that users are $$$customers$$$. Wonderful sales policy.
This isn't my first experience with their behavior.
Years ago I purchased DriveCrypt 5.8 and am very pleased with it. But getting it installed and all options functioning presented a problem for which my repeated pleas for support received the same snub. Their manuals are equally inadequate.
I've decided that I can do without their product.
I'll pass.
SecurStar loses.
P.S. The rating that I have been forced to give them here is one star too many.

I had a bad experience with Securstar. If I had known, I would have used Veracrypt (free) and bitlocker (free). I am sorry I trusted them.
