SeegMuller: won’t refund damages
In Jan ‘19 we used SeegMuller to move our things from a garde-meubles to an apartment in Paris. During the moving the team broke the 2 elevators in the building - a damage of around 500€. In order to get it fixed as quickly as possible we paid to fix it ourselves. It’s been 3 months that SeegMuller has all documents to proceed with the reimbursement, and just ignore our calls and emails - a really poor service. We will keep trying to get our money back. For now, I have an advice: do your moving with another company.
