Very pleased with the training. Well planned and good classroom and practical elements. Knowledgeable instructors and positive feedback from all delegates that attended.

The overall presentation was good, there was enough detail without being complex, the standards made sense and the process for checks were clear and met all the requirements and proved that we were on target for completing the correct checks in the right level of frequency. The instructor was very knowledgeable and engaged the whole group.

The inspector who came and looked at our racking was very professional. He explaned everything he was going to do and what he was looking for.
When he did find something wrong he came and explaned the problem.

The engineer was amazing, we needed some repairs done where it was very helpful to point us on the right direction to get it fix.
