It all went through easy enough but I would have liked the opportunity to pick my own seats especially as is a venue I don’t really know.

Unfortunately I found this system for…

Unfortunately I found this system for purchasing tickets more like a lottery . It says that seats shown for your requirement are the " best available " . But you cannot see from auditorium layout where they are . When I have selected at other Theartre's you can see which seats are still available and you highlight which seats you would like .So I am disappointed with the seats that we're selected for us !

Wasn't sure why I needed to create an…

Wasn't sure why I needed to create an account to purchase ticket. I was charged £18 (+booking fee) when the ticket is advertised as £16 if purchased in advance. Please refund the difference. When creating the account it asks for DOB. I had to scroll back 66 years monthly to get to 1959. I couldn't see a way around this

Booked tickets for the originals live…

Booked tickets for the originals live which has been cancelled. Got an email saying it’s cancelled and refund will be processed. No issue with that but when you get the refund and see that they’ve kept £15.55. They don’t refund for booking fees, levy fee, a sms 50p. So not only can’t go as it’s cancelled but also down £15:55. I’m in the wrong job if they’ve done that with everyone. Profiting of everyone. Scum!!!
