Its started with the purchase of the car in Næstved. Truely a total lack of even trying with the sales department. When we finally did get the car it was 18% battery. The so called detail cleaning of the car still had stickers on the roof of the car. The third break light was loose and the breaks have squealed since the day we bought it. So I went to thier shop in Ringsted since it is closer to my drive to work every day. Hoping for a better experience. Scheduled warranty service. Showed up to dop off the car on the scheduled day and no one showed up to open the shop. There were customers and employees waiting outside to get in. Finally they show up. They look at the car and say they cannot find anything wrong with the brakes. Let's be honest they still squeak to this day! They were also supposed to fix a third brake light cover that was loose since the day I got the car. This was in June...I was told time after time they had ordered the light and would contact me when it arrived. No contact....so I emailed a second person in the service shop...waited for almost a month...no answer. So I emailed the manager and the shop manager. The shop manager emails me back. She says she will get the parts ordered. They will be ready the 31st. She will also fix the light when I arrive. So here it is the 31st. No notification that the parts arrived. So I went to the shop. Service says it is open until 15:00 iwas there at 14:24. Doors locked. Looked through the windows and not a person in sight. 5 months of this...5 months! Still not fixed. I recommend going somewhere else. We bought our service vans through them. I guarantee we will go elsewhere in the future.
