Very poor
Took my order then did not process it
When I called 2 weeks later I was told at first there was no order then after I sent proof of the order I waa told ot was delayed and needed to wait 2 to 3 days
When I asked agsin I was fi ally told the truth thatthe order had not been dispatched
No apology no decent explanations and they never even sent it express delivery I ordered o 18 th May -still not arrived on 1st June
Would not recommend

This is the first time that I have ordered from this company. Product arrived this morning a bit late but I put that down to the bank holiday. Overall the product is of a good quality. I would certainly order from this company again.

Product I've purchased from same source before (same price this time as 12 months ago), delivery took three working days from order, excellent packaging (2 x 180 tabs came in separate packages): I think a very trustable company

Want sure when the product was going to arrive, so tracking would be helpful but on the whole very pleased

Two things! Why were all the supplement pots sent, each in a separate small jiffy bag. However much postage must that have cost the company??!! [great to have free re-usable jiffy bags,if your fingers are strong enough to battle with the over strong glue of the fasten strip, without ripping the paper of the jiffy bag!!]
Also I would have preferred the probiotics to have been sold with far more than just 1 billion per capsule. Good variety of cultures in each capsule, though, which is why I purchased them.
