I'm not happy with their service. One hundred people come to see apartments, and of course one person can rent. We all pay a registration and we will never get that money back, even though the site says that the money is 100% refundable. Answers to one mail, then others do not read. Very bad!

SCAM. 12 apartments requested, 12 declines received.
You can, as I did, choose to sign up for just one month. That's very fine and you would then think that it's possible to find a house within this short time on their platform, since they offer subscriptions per month.
But. The rounds of approval/declines only run ones per month, so if you tried your luck by applying at 12 different apartments within the first day, you will have to wait until the deadline has been reached. Then they claim to have a choosing process done by the owner.
If you then didn't get any invitation for viewings and want to try again, your one-month subscription will not work anymore, since the next deadline is after the "service" ends.

So for 20 euros, I had the possibility of trying 12 apartments that suited my income and my interests in i.e. location - and that was about it. As mentioned I got 12 declines out of 12, which is pretty extraordinary I would say.

Furthermore, because of the whole, only deadlines ones a month thing, I felt cheated on and asked for my money back within the 14 days that you always have to reclaim an online purchase. I still haven't heard from them in that regard.

Conclusion. It seems to be, at least very close to, a scam website that will not end with the happy ending of you getting an apartment. Do not sign up!

(BTW what kind of housing company doesn't have a facebook page?)
