Superb after sales service and customer communication skills.

Great company goods are great priced and good value I'm very happy with my purchase I highly recommended garden selections I had great experience with customer services as well.

My greenhouse, when delivered, had a hole which only became apparent when I had almost finished putting it together. The firm, especially Dawn, were very good in sorting out my problem. The hole was where a screw through one of the side panels attaches to the main frame.

I’m always sceptical of websites with great prices that aren’t that well known but my gamble really paid off. I got 5 beautiful battery candle bridges for my windows at Christmas and an angel for on top of the tree - all for under £30. The service and communication was amazing from this company and everything was sent out so quickly. On top of this (and to my surprise, I’ll be honest) the items I received were fantastic quality. I will be recommending them to everyone.

Bought an apple collector that on arrival turned out to be faulty. I emailed, had a response by return and a replacement on its way the same day, no questions asked. Customer service this good is rare and worth paying for.

Garden Selections are a friendly company who deliver excellent service. My product had to be returned because the carrier damaged it (despite strong wrapping), and Dawn in customer service was really supportive, sending a replacement immediately which arrived in a couple of days (undamaged). I look forward to looking at their full product range and to dealing with this first class company again in the future.

I ordered the 18L fruit press and apple scratter pulper. Delivery was very prompt, arriving the day after ordering, and the quality seems very good also. Some of the apparatus for fruit processing like this comes in at 4 figure sums but for home use, or even a shared allotment purchase, I would consider these products to be adequate. My scratter arrived without some screws and selections replied to my query within an hour, to send them out. I managed to use wood screws as a temporary fix to save a crate of apples from wasting and found the products fairly easy to assemble and that they worked well. I would recommend both these products and found the scratter to be much heavier quality than expected.

I placed an order on eBay late yesterday, for two x decorative garden trellis, they looked lovely, & were a very good price with Free Delivery as well! but then I changed my mind, & decided to add more to the order. When I checked my order from yesterday, I could see that it was about to go off TODAY! (The day after). I phoned through & spoke to a lovely lady called Dawn, who immediately cancelled the original order, & made a refund, AFTER this was done, I immediately sent a new revised order through. Remember the original order was due to be dispatched TODAY (The day after), I pointed out that I wouldn't be in on Friday, as I have a funeral to go to, Although a new date was set for the New Order, but they managed to send it today, so it should be here with me now on Thursday! Dawn was lovely with me, I explained that since I had multiple Mini Strokes, I was struggling to string my sentences together, & she was so patient & understanding with me, she was just so kind. Nothing was too much trouble. I would 110% recommend anyone to purchase from them with confidence. It made a lovely change from SOME sellers on eBay!!!

Ordered 2 squirrel feeders, both were damaged in transit. Sent e-mail with photos, had a no quibble response from Dawn and partial refund granted. Great customer service, thank you Dawn!

I had a slight problem with an order, but I have to say, the after sales service was the best I have encountered in a long time.

We ordered and received well packaged hanging basket wall brackets. One of the brackets snapped whilst supporting the hanging basket. I sent an email with photos to Selections and immediately had a response. The same afternoon the replacement had been sent out by Dawn. Excellent customer service. Thank you.

Small defects noted on the cover of the plastic greenhouse, simple telephone call with a delightful Dawn, followed up with some snaps, and voila a new cover is en-route. Well done Garden Selections
