HORRIBLE COMPANY
Horrible company. They charge for a product that is very basic, and once they have your credit card details on file, they charge you for additional items without making it clear.
When I asked for a refund, they refused, even though their policy states that if you do not open the handbook, you are entitled to one. After a lot of pressure, they only agreed to give me a 50% refund.
It's no surprise that their website is no longer online. I guess that, for some people, making a few extra pounds is more important than honesty, integrity, and treating customers fairly.
