L’ultima banca a cui affidare i propri risparmi
Mi chiedo quanto possa essere saggio affidare i propri risparmi a questa banca. Dopo previ accordi telefonici con la filiale di Roma Piazza Poli, ho acquistato un biglietto aereo Istanbul-Roma esclusivamente per recarmi in questa filiale per aprire un conto per non residenti.
Sono stato censito dal consulente con in quale avevo preso accordi telefonici e sono stato informato che avrei dovuto aspettare una conferma dalla sede centrale per l’apertura del conto. Sono ormai passati più di 10 giorni senza nessun esito. Ho chiamato il call center della banca da Istanbul molte volte e pare che la filiale di via Poli mi abbia fatto firmare documenti e mi abbia liquidato senza aprire nessun conto correntye.
La filiale di via Poli continua a ignorare le mie richieste fornendomi un numero da chiamare perché non sanno come risolvere la situazione.
Ci terrei a precisare che non percepisco nessuno stipendio da Banca Sella per svolgere il lavoro dei suoi impiegati.

I wonder how wise it is to entrust your savings to this bank. After prior telephone arrangements with the Piazza Poli branch in Rome, I bought a plane ticket Istanbul Rome specifically to go to the branch and open the account.
I was registered by the consultant and was informed that I would have to wait for a confirmation from the head office for the account opening. More than 10 days have passed without any result. I have called the bank's service center from Istanbul many times and it seems that the branch in Via Poli made me sign documents and return to Istanbul without any account open.
The branch in Via Poli washed their hands by giving me a number to call because they don't know how to do it.
I would like to point out that I do not receive any salary from Banca Sella to carry out the work of its employees.
