Be careful of scam

Hi, everyone, I want to warn you about this scam situation involving this forger. His name is Michael Bashy, and he is an affiliate marketer. Be careful. When I bought a course for $997 one year ago, I was waiting for him to open the program I had purchased from him. After 15 days, I sent a refund request. Still, he refused, as per program policy. I sent him four emails, each about the situation I was struggling with, but he refused every time. It was difficult to understand. I decided to make a complaint to PayPal several times, but he refused. He closed my purchased course. He can't do that because he has no right to do that thing.
