Really quick turnaround on selling phone and payment

Couldn't be easier to sell your phone - get a price, sent it free and they pay you - same day. No bargaining or regrading (of course, that depends on the condition). Have had dealings with some shady companies so was expecting the same, but it was a smooth experience and as expected. Usually use more well known companies, but their quotes were much lower.

Used a comparison website to see what I could get for a 256gb iPhone 8+. The best offer was approx £80/£90. The iPhone would be graded as a ‘4’ poor or not working. Which was fine. However, after not hearing anything back via email I was amazed that £12.50 had been ‘paid’ as the phone was ‘not working’ and had ‘damage’ … as stated at the beginning of the process. Apparently if any offer (regardless of how low) is not acknowledged VIA THEIR SITE … it is ‘auto accepted due to no response’. My advice is to use another company.

I posted my phone on Friday afternoon,(there's been a bank holiday in between and a weekend!) yet I've just received payment into my bank account! ( Tuesday pm).
The amount paid was the same as quoted and I can't believe the speed and efficiency of the whole service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Packing materials and postage quickly received. Once my phone was received by them it was very quickly assessed and payment equally quickly paid into my bank account.

From arranging the selling of my phone. The service was great, packaging sent quickly and my final payment completely in a day.

Sent my iphone X off the other day pretty much perfect just some few light unnoticeable scratches they seriously low balled me on price then offered me £6 more “after checking it again” cause they didn’t think the price was fair. I rejected both offers so they sent it back, once i received it back first thing i noticed was no original iphone box i sent it with and what the phone was in, also no charger just the phone in a bubble lined bag with no bubbles cause they all was popped. In the photos they sent me to show the scratches and confirm why they had given me the price they had and now on inspection there is a big ink blob at the bottom and a green scratch all the way up the screen which was not shown in there photos. They have either purposely damaged my phone or because they sent it back with basically nothing around it it’s been damaged on transit (this wouldn’t of happened it it was in the iphone box) but now my phone is in worse condition which will be harder to sell and will receive less for.

Sent phone on Wednesday received Thursday offer sent 4pm and money in bank for 6pm! Only problem was phone being downgraded but after reading the report I had to agree as I knew the battery health was around 85 a few months ago and was assessed at 84 which indicated needing a new one.

Brilliant and extremely fast from beginning to end! Easy to use and their price was by far the best and they stuck to it! Would definitely recommend
