Terrible experience both buying and selling. Waited 3 months for them to even process my products, they sorted half my stuff to be “donated “ as it was supposedly trash? Among these items with tags attached still, new and brand items. Got an email that I can buy back my own stuff if I want but when I tried to it said they had already thrown them away. Suspicious. They also take a ridiculous cut out of profits so didn’t even make back the loss of the items they “threw away”. Buying from them is Russian roulette at best

Expensive clothes in great condition that I sent in for sale were thrown away because of ”flaws” but when ordering from them 50% of the things I ordered had flaws that were not accounted for in description. Complete scam company! You have to buy back your own stuff if you want it back, but then stuff can also suddenly disappear. Oh and the sizes on sales descriptions are rarely accurate. Expensive returns when considering how much of their product is absolute trash. They also make it super difficult to return items or to demand your own products be returned . 0/5 stars if possible

My biggest problem is with the quality control. My items come with flaws that have not been described in the text. I've received so many damaged items with holes, tears, open seams etc.that I've lost count. Moreover, the clothes tend to smell pretty bad, and the smell won't go away even with washing. Can't recommend to anyone with sensitivities.

Fast delivery and the product was in as good condition as I expected. Price was also fine. I’m planning to use sellpy again.

The pictures described the product well and realistically. The shipping time was also quite reasonable. Small imperfections of the product were informed about in the listing. Overall a great experience.

Everything went ok, delivery was fast and the gadget functions well.

One item was advertised as new, but in reality it was burnt with an iron or something like that. Sellpy offered a modest discount, which I refused. Now I need to print the address card, and I don't have access to printer, which makes it really troublesome to return the package.

The descriptions could be better and include measurements like under arms/ around breasr & waist, etc.

Great thing - Sellpy!!! Good home shopping, nicely described goods, fast delivery. Also, putting your unused clothes in is well organized. Thanks, Selly, for being here.

Accurate depiction of clothing, with efficient service.

Some clothes are really good and pretty, but some are bad. The sizing and description of the clothes could be better. I've chosen multiple times my size but ended up with much smaller size. Thank god the pants have the size of the waist but for example for some shirts the sleeves are too small or then the shirt is too short etc.
Also some clothing can be over prized and you could get it for cheaper if bought as a new one. But it's usually 50/50 if the clothing is good or not.

Clothing was listed as a completely wrong size and I had to pay for a return. First and last time buying from them

Most of the clothes were absolutely lovely and became my favorites, but! They had been washed either by the seller or by Sellpy with a strongly scented detergent that gave me an immediate headache. After two washes, they were wearable. I wouldn’t recommend it at all for those who are sensitive to smells. It's also difficult to find suitable clothes in the online store, especially in larger sizes, since the mannequins are often smaller, there are no measurements for the clothes (sizes vary between manufacturers), and with black clothing, the photos often only show the silhouette. So at the very least, improving the lighting or editing the images to make them clearer would make browsing clothes much smoother! Because of these reasons, I’m deducting two stars. But I still plan to keep shopping at Sellpy. :)
