Joseph was a very pleasant young man. Appointment was on time and he explained things very efficiently. He did tell us all we wanted to hear, if you know what I mean and we did sign up to a video appointment. Whether this is as fruitful as when we first had the house on the market remains to be seen. No disrespect to him but our first experience with an estate agent was a nightmare and as said he told us all we wanted to hear, like the previous crowd. i hope it all comes off but am not holding my breath.

Video chat was on time, and whole system clearly explained, and very hi-tech. They are not interested in buying your house for a fair price, but offer a comprehensive on-line Estate Agency Service, which I will probably be using if house doesn’t sell with existing agents in near future.

Hi, first consultant was not contactable at appt. time
Then name was changed on link twice more in quick succession both not replying. Then customer services rang and said they would sort it out.... unfortunately no further contact or instruction received. Total waste of time travelling to the property and spending an hour trying to contact. Please do not phone me or email again. Remove my contact details and property details from your system.

I agreed to the appointment time reluctantly as we are away.Continual stream of emails and text messages reminding me.
Log in details didn’t work and every attempt at sending an email came back as me not being in the system so they couldn’t accept my email.

The simple truth is they are not looking to buy houses, they are trying to persuade the home owner to switch estate agents to themselves with clever market strategies, which include " we think your home is worth more" how many people fall for that one?

Scott was very open and honest in his assessment and opinion. He has provided good insight and presented his views which is very useful.

Mr Dalton was informative and friendly .My home area had been well researched. A house move isn't planned at the moment and will be determined ultimately by personal health issues .We will keep your company in mind .
