Michael was very understanding and helpful. I could not use ZOOM as was driving with a hands free phone unit. Michael explained everything in details and I have read the contract. Once signed I will be assigned my own personal estate agent. One thing - I do not want a BOARD outside - if you are as good as you say then your advertising via on line does not require a BOARD outside my property and sounding like a snob - I find boards quite common - it belittles the owner somehow - silly but that's me but I look forward to receiving an amended agreement from Michael saying that no board is a necessity before I sign. BUT Michael was fantastic very informative and helpful
