A VERY BIG thank you to Mark and Tom at SYC2J. They went the extra mile of helping to chase the transfer of payment after I sold my car to them. There were some technical issues with the banks and the transfer was unusually long, but they kept chasing for me, and reassuring me that it was coming. This is exemplary customer service that is getting rare these days. Jack should be pleased to have such a great team. Fair valuation and super friendly attitude. You would think second hand car salesmen only want your money, yes, but they really try to help. Next time I try to sell my car, I would not think of any other outlet or platform. A friend of mine recommended me to try SYC2J.com. Not only did they beat every other car selling platform I tried (3 others) their customer service and communication was spot on. I dealt with Stewart and Dan and both were extremely helpful and professional throughout the process. Most importantly money dropped into my bank account within a couple of hours (on a Saturday too). I would definitely recommend SYC2J.com based on my experience from the Leicester branch.

Steve W was great, I was a little disappointed to receive 600 less than my original offer(hence 4 stars) but I understand that this was due to a slight increase of mileage. Steve W was very friendly and explained everything personally. I would definitely recommend if you do not fancy the hassle of selling privately.

Great Experience
I recently sold my Audi through Sell Your Car 2 Jack in Sutton Coldfield and had a great experience from start to finish, thanks largely to Mark Williams.
From the moment I arrived, Mark was honest, upfront and straightforward about the valuation of my vehicle. I had initially only booked an appointment to get a quote, but during the visit I decided to go ahead and sell the car. Mark was incredibly patient while I took time to call family members and discuss my options before making a final decision.
He was also very understanding when I needed to wait for my brother to bring additional items from home, including the V5 and spare key. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured, and he was happy to accommodate the extra time needed to get everything sorted.
What stood out most was his willingness to go the extra mile. After I received a slightly higher offer elsewhere, Mark still took the time to speak with his manager and see whether they could match it. This was especially appreciated as he had already explained that, due to the condition and circumstances surrounding my vehicle, it wasn't normally the type of car they would be looking to purchase.
Throughout the process, Mark was professional, approachable and easy to deal with. He built a great rapport, communicated clearly, and provided excellent customer service. The whole experience was straightforward and stress-free, and I'm very grateful for all of his help.
